Many workshops fill up quickly, so the sooner you register, the better your chances of participating in your preferred sessions. Registration Fees

Register early and/or invite colleagues to join you to get the very best rates! The basic conference fees for Responsible Governance: The Power of Accountable Boards are as follows:

**The Group Rate is available to members of a group of three or more from one organization.

What Your Basic Conference Registration Fee Includes

• participation in the conference program beginning with the Welcome Reception
at 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2006, continuing all day Friday, June 2,
and all day (until 4:30 pm) Saturday, June 3
• meals and refreshments as follows: Welcome Reception appetizers (June 1);
mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks (June 2 and 3); two lunches (June 2 and 3);
one Knibbe Ranch buffet dinner (June 2)
• the Welcome Reception and Knibbe Ranch dinner will feature a cash bar
• bus transportation to/from the Knibbe Ranch for dinner on Friday, June 2 is included in the registration fee

Conference Enhancements

Add the Pre-Conference Workshop: An Introduction to Policy Governance to your registration for just $250.
This full-day workshop (8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2006), which provides a complete orientation to Policy Governance, includes a continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and a working lunch. Conference participants can purchase additional Knibbe Ranch Dinner tickets for $89 each. This price includes a buffet dinner at the Knibbe Ranch, transportation to/from the ranch and hotel, and an interactive presentation by Dr. John Carver. Please note: Conference participants are on their own for breakfast/early morning coffee.

Special Discounts and Scholarships

Discounts off the regular rate are available for conference presenters and full-time students. For more information about these discounts or if you are from a developing nation and wish to apply for a scholarship to cover your registration fee and hotel accommodations, please contact IPGA at conference@policygovernanceassociation.org or call 1-877-847-4552 by Friday, April 21.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your conference registration on or before April 28, 2006, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. If you cancel your registration after April 28, 2006, you will be charged the full cost of the conference but can find and substitute another participant to take your place at no additional charge.
